For rent on weekly base or "à la carte".

Only for rent on a weekly base during high season ( July and August )

During low and mid-season (September to May) the holiday home can be rented per week or – if desired – via “à la carte” formulas. In this case, the rental price will be calculated according th the number of days.

The changeover day is on Saturday

Your booking is final after our confirmation and after paying an advance of 50%

Guarantee

A guarantee of € 500 is required.
This must be paid before arrival together with the balance of your stay.

Additional Costs

For the final cleaning:

• Mandatory cleaning fee € 100
• Mandatory cleaning fee with pet € 120
  Also take into account the taxe de séjour

If desired, you can also rent a package of bath or bed linen. Please request when making the booking.

Bath linen on request:
€20/package (1 towel + 1 bath towel + 1 beach towel)

• Bed linen on request for double bed (180x200cm): €15
• Bed linen on request for sofa bad (115x190cm): €15
• Bed linen on request for extra single bed (90x190cm): €15
• Travel cot available free of charge on request (own sheets to be provided)

Wifi is available and free of charge.

Cancellation:

If you are unfortunately forced to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:

• Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival: 25%
• Cancellation up to 3 weeks before arrival: 50%
• Cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival: 100%
